Allan and Bernie's Story

Leaving the City Behind

Allan and Bernie have traveled the world but there was a lot of the U.S. that they hadn't experienced until they bought an RV to travel the country with their dogs Chihuly and Dale.

Getting to Know Chihuly and Dale

Named after Allan and Bernie’s favorite artist, Dale Chihuly - Dale, the rescue Papillon, and Chihuly, the Italian Greyhound, are quite the seasoned travelers. Whether it’s a quick weekend getaway or an extended vacation of exploring, the two pups are always part of family travel plans. “We don’t think twice about hitting the road,” says Allan, “But it wasn’t always that way. Pet parents dread leaving their ‘kids,’ but with the RV they’re able to come along and it’s familiar to them. It makes everyone far less stressed than the days when we had to leave them behind.”
