Where to Camp - A Guide to State Parks

There are so many camping options when you Go RVing. In his new series, Jeremy Puglisi will explore different camping options across the country. In Episode 7, he discusses how to enjoy camping in state parks.

A Beginners Guide to Camping in a State Park

Jeremy's Tips

  1. Pick a site that fits your rig, some state parks are older and not all sites are suitable for the larger RVs.
  2. Call to see what hook ups your getting (if any) before you go.
  3. Take advantage of the activities - they often have kayaks and canoes for rent.
  4. They may have other fun stuff too, ask about all the activities.
  5. Be considerate of the quite ours and of your lights being on too late.
