All in One Burger

Ingredients and Directions


  • ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • pepper


Peel and grate onion, potato and carrot. Add to ground beef, bread crumbs and beaten egg. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly. Divide mixture into a patty for each person. Cook until done on both sides. Add a salad for a complete meal.
