Taco Dip

Ingredients and Directions


  • 2 8-oz. packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 jar (approximately 4 oz.) taco sauce (mild)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 small jar pimento peppers, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 package shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 to 1/2 head lettuce, chopped
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • Cooked ground beef (Optional)
  • Black olives (Optional)


Mix cream cheese and taco sauce using a fork until smooth. Pat into a circle on a large round platter, leaving an edge to place tortilla chips. Layer the following: onion, pimentos, tomatoes and lettuce. After these layers are complete, place the shredded cheese over the top and scatter chips around the platter. Enjoy!!
