Maintaining an active lifestyle can be easy when you're an RVing family. Cooking your own healthy meals, less screen time, hiking, taking a walk on the beach, riding a bike, and simply exploring your new environment are great ways to stay healthy while on the road. Outdoor gyms and campground fitness centers also make it easy to get your workout in.
It can be hard to think about exercising when we’re on the road. The brain’s in vacation-mode, which, for some reason, becomes an easy excuse to bail on fitness. But what I learned long ago, right at the beginning of our RVing years, is that workouts on the road are some of the best kinds.
