Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 12–15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 firm pears (Bosc or Anjou work well)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Pears
    • Wash and slice pears in half lengthwise.
    • Use a melon baller or spoon to remove the core and seeds.
  2. Grill the Pears
    • Preheat a charcoal or gas grill.
    • Place pear halves skin-side down on the grill.
    • Cover and grill for 7 minutes.
    • Flip the pears over (cut side down) and grill an additional 4–5 minutes, until soft and fragrant.
  3. Dress the Pears
    • Remove pears from the grill.
    • Wrap each warm pear half with a slice of prosciutto.
    • Drizzle with honey.
  4. Make It Extra (Optional)
    • Add a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
