Skillet Campfire Eclairs


Campfire Eclairs



  • 1 tube crescent dough
  • Vanilla pudding cups
  • Chocolate frosting

Preparation Instructions

Separate the dough into 4 squares and pinch the seams together

Wrap the dough squares around a wooden spoon or dowel making sure there are no holes

Hold over the campfire, turning the evenly brown on all sides

Cool slightly then carefully remove the eclair shell from the spoon then cool completely

Pipe or spoon the pudding into the eclairs until full

Spread the frosting on top

Serve and enjoy!
