Ingredients and Directions


  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/3 Cup ground sausage
  • 1/3 Cup shredded cheese (asiago mmm)
  • 1/3 Cup chopped greens (spinach, kale, beet greens etc.)


Whip eggs w/ cream, add ingredients, mix well. Heat pan with a wad of butter, pour in, and cook @ med 3 mins each side. (or 3 mins 1 side and finish the top under a broiler) 1-2 servings.
